Main Difference - Telehealth Premium has apps for Apple and Android.
In addition to this, we provide a full telehealth suite of tools that allow users to register, order services and pay online (private clinics) book appointments, managed their appointments, view notes and EHR and even set up and join video calls. There are three types of accounts: Client/Patient (CP), Doctor/Consultant/Specialist (DCS), and Reception/Admin (RA).
Our Telehealth tools and administrative backend feature an impressive array of functions developed over three years, all designed for your clinic to improve services and reduce waiting times while offering a more inclusive service. CP - Clients can access their appointments, view their calendar (with booking capabilities but no editing rights), and see notes, summaries, and histories of past appointments.
DCS - Doctors and specialists have complete access, including the ability to edit user profiles and calendars. They can set appointments for existing clients and send automatic reminders for calls/video consultations via email. Unlike Core, Tele Med Plus includes both Zoom and Google Meet options, which are completely free for your CPs.
RA - Admins have comprehensive access to all areas and records, including bookings. The level of access is determined by the DCS and can be adjusted to limited, normal, or full access.
Put simply, our Telehealth Premium package comes with your own apps for Apple and Android - Priced individually at £2,495 each. Almost £5,000 pounds for only £2,495 more than Telemedicine Plus.
App store accounts required. We do this for you as part of the build. Apple has an annual fee of $99, which you will be responsible for annually after the first year (included).
Your app will allow the same logins and accounts as your Telehealth website, CP, DCS and RA.

User Accounts:
Our integrated system seamlessly connects with your Google Calendar, with the option to create custom calendars available for an additional fee.
Google Calendar offers rapid responsiveness and an excellent integration experience, with comprehensive training provided as needed.
Typically, the Reception/Admin (RA) will manage the calendar, inputting available time slots, days, and accommodating any planned holidays or absences from the clinic or office.
Registered Clients/Patients (CPs) can make bookings, with the option for either automatic confirmation or prior approval from your RA or the Doctor/Consultant/Specialist (DCS).
Once a booking is confirmed, notifications are sent to everyone involved through the admin dashboard and via email (Tele Med Plus also has Text/SMS and Whatsapp notifications included for the CP).
We also want to highlight that you can manage video consultations even when away from the clinic or office, provided you offer this service. Our fully web-based system allows you to operate without being tied to a specific location. Just ensure you have the necessary equipment with you—such as a camera, microphone, speakers, and headphones—to facilitate these calls smoothly.
With Core you have the option to use either Zoom or Google Meet for free video calls. With the ability to add others to the appointment, such as carers, family, other specialists or individuals ate the client behest.
With Plus and Premium you have both video calling options to choose from.
Notes and reminders for the appointment are automatically sent to both parties. SMS and Whatsapp reminders/alerts are available on Plus and Premium.
We supply you with a new webcam with mic (speakers are your responsibility), of 7 trialled, this performs the best. Must have Windows 10 or higher, MacOS10.14 or higher, i5 7th gen or higher. USB - connection and AI facial tracking to ensure you are central and always in view to the CP.
DCS needs to access the web based system (so you are not tied to one location) to be able to take the video call whilst the CP notes and records are open for updating live. You can of course update the records at a later time, ths is just a suggestion to clear up time and ensure nothiung is lost or forgotten.
Both parties will have received a private link to connect to the call, the CP does not need any additional apps, just a capable phone, laptop or desktop with a working camera, microphone and speakers. And of course an internet connection of at least 5mb (recommended).
All client records are stored via secure servers in UK data centres, with cloud backups.
We support EHR (Electronic Health Records).
Our system allows the DCS to update records live during video calls, as if you were both in the same room. There is also the option of our Body Chart diagram and form in the Plus and Premium packages. These suit marking injuries, areas of pain etc.
Email confirmations and reminders are standard across all Tele Med UK services. We set up the schedules, reminder times and details as part of the Telehealth website build and integration.
With Tele Med Plus and Premium you have both options to choose from. Subscription is required.
Not available on the Core package.
You will of course be given training on the Tele Med system. It is very intuitive and designed over 3 years to be easily mastered by novices and pros alike.
On sign off, you will also receive 6 months free technical support as we do appreciate it may be a learning curve. Must people find that once they have been using this for a couple of weeks they are completely profiecient.
